- Structural Extrusions are powder coated same colour as wall panel inside and out
- Deck rail stair stringers and fittings are powder coated in a timber finish the same colour as deck
- Frame is powder coated RHS completely sealed and same colour as wall panel
- All doors and windows have powder coated steel security screens (commercial standard ) fly screens integrated in steel security.
- All glass 8 mm in purpose built commercial window frames double sliding with installed locks
- All fittings supplied
- Flooring is composite cement board light weight, fire and water proof.
- Deck is composite PVC with concealed fittings ,low maintenance and uv stabilized.
- Wall panel is 75mm polyurethane filled powder coated steel sheet ( clean room Standard)
